workouts!
Standard MPT-
You receive the MOU heart assessment on the bike, the monthly news
handout, and you receive a totally NEW strength training AND
cardiovascular workout plan designed for you! Your Trainer will also
update or tweak your flexibility exercises. We recommend THIS MPT at
least every 2 months!
Circuit MPT- A circuit
workout utilizing any or all of the cardio AND strength training
equipment. This workout is designed for the member who wants
something different to "wake up" their routine. This workout session
plays with the elements of speed and /or super slow variations both
with the cardio as well as the strength training! Recommended as
often as you would like!
