Circuit MPT- A circuit workout utilizing any or all of the cardio AND strength training equipment. This workout is designed for the member who wants something different to "wake up" their routine. This workout session plays with the elements of speed and /or super slow variations both with the cardio as well as the strength training! Recommended as often as you would like!
