Flexibility assessment
**Please note, for your first Master Personal Training Session we need you to
make sure of the following:
1.You should not be menstruating, no alcohol, caffeine, excessive amounts of
water or exercise and no food, four hours prior to having your body composition
tested.
2. Please wear a sports bra or tank top and shorts, as we need to be able to
see as much of you as possible so we may do an accurate postural assessment on
you.
